Creating Discipline Alongside Digital Excellence

Attendance & Punctuality

Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for certification.
Classes must be attended on time. Late entry beyond 15 minutes may result in a marked absence.
Inform the center in advance if you're unable to attend a class.

Dress Code & Behavior

Students must dress neatly and modestly.
Polite and respectful behavior is expected toward teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.
Use of mobile phones during class is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the instructor.

Lab & Computer Usage

Do not tamper with hardware or software installed in the lab.
Only authorized software and tools should be used.
Students are responsible for saving their own files and respecting shared resources.

Fees & Certification

Course fees must be paid on time as per the agreed payment schedule.
Certificates will be issued only upon full payment of fees and completion of assessments.

Examinations & Projects

Each course will include internal assessments, practicals, or final tests.
Plagiarism or copying in exams/projects will lead to disqualification.
Re-exams may be permitted at the discretion of the center head.

Disciplinary Actions

Misbehavior, cheating, or violation of rules can lead to temporary or permanent suspension.
Any form of harassment or discrimination will result in strict action.

Student Recognition

Outstanding students will be awarded in the Monthly Award Ceremony.
Consistent performance, creativity, and leadership will be taken into account.
