Terms and Conditions for
Franchise Centre

Franchise applicants must have a valid business registration and comply with local laws. The applicant should have sufficient infrastructure, including classrooms, computers, and internet connectivity.

A one-time franchise fee must be paid upon signing the agreement. Monthly royalty fees, as specified in the agreement, will be collected based on revenue generated.

Franchise centres must strictly follow the curriculum and teaching methods prescribed by “FUTUREPEAK YOUTH COMPUTER ACADEMY” Reg. Under "FuturePeak Youth Foundation." Centres should maintain the brand's standards in terms of quality, training, and professionalism. Use of the "FUTUREPEAK YOUTH COMPUTER ACADEMY" brand name and logo is limited to franchise-related activities only.

The main institute will provide initial training for instructors and ongoing support for curriculum updates. Franchise centres must attend periodic training sessions and workshops organized by the main institute.

Marketing materials provided by the main institute must be used for promotional activities. Franchisees are encouraged to conduct local promotional events with prior approval.

A detailed revenue-sharing model will be agreed upon in the franchise contract. Franchise centres must maintain accurate financial records and share periodic reports.

Either party can terminate the agreement with prior notice as mentioned in the contract. Misuse of the brand name, non-compliance with operational guidelines, or unethical practices may lead to immediate termination.

All proprietary content, training materials, and operational procedures must be kept confidential. Unauthorized sharing of proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

The franchise centre is responsible for its operational and legal liabilities. The main institute will not be held liable for any misconduct or negligence at the franchise centre.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per the terms mentioned in the contract.

The main institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with prior notification.

Franchise centres must comply with all local laws and regulations related to education and business operations. By signing the agreement, the franchisee acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
